The good news is we can often accelerate the timeline if there's urgency. But starting early means you build security into your product rather than bolting it on later.
For most SaaS companies under $50M ARR, a fractional CISO is the right model. You get experienced security leadership at a fraction of the cost, and the engagement scales with your needs. I typically work with clients 10-20 hours per month, with more intensive periods around audits or major security initiatives.
Enterprise customers are increasingly asking about AI practices.
